Jeff, I am very short of time, but did want to throw out a few ideas. If the company could clarify some of the following issues at the meeting tomorrow, I suspect some people would want to buy back in.

1) Is $3.0 million the correct amount of the PP that has been used up to now?
a) Have outsiders lent any more money other than through the PP we know about?
b) If so, what are the terms of this borrowing?

2) What portion of the $3.0 million has been converted?
a) Into how many shares?

3) What portion of the $3.0 million has not been converted?
a) How much of that unconverted part is owned by Mr. Leshufy?
b) Is it true Mr. Leshufy as a director of the company cannot short TSIG according to SEC regulations?

4) How much money does TSIG need to borrow to reach positive cash flow?

5) Has this money been found?

Regards, Suzanne
P.S. Everybody should feel free to add any questions to this list. I will try to e-mail these questions to the company late tonight or early tomorrow. SN
