Janice, did SI give BW your identity information? If so, did any of you get notice from SI that it was going to give out your personal information?

No. As far as I know, BW never asked SI for any information about me. Apparently they had some difficulty finding my address. On 24 May they petitioned the court to lift the stay on discovery for the purpose of issuing "third party subpoenas" to locate me. On 26 May Judge LaPorte denied that request.

Oddly enough, on 25 May Steinhart & Falconer, BW counsel, mailed me a certified letter containing the summons and the complaint. Interestingly, they'd somehow got hold of the correct address. They didn't inform the Court of this fact.

In any case, since I'm a very early member of SI, SI doesn't have any personal info about me at all. And Jeff and Bill have never had my address, because they've never needed it.
