I say it'll hit 21 (from your previous statement) before that ever happens. SO DO WE HAVE A BET? By the end of this year, if WAVX breaks under $10.00 first, I owe you a six-pack of Diet Coke. And if WAVX hits $21.00 first, you owe me a six-pack of Dr. Pepper. (It was generous of you to say you'd pay me $100.00.)
