Really do you think they would announce such a thing when the stock can be had for such a price? It is not reacting like a pump and dump there is a lot of buying going on out there. I'm holding and may even add to my position today. Let us suppose your right and no deal exists today ...what about tomorrow? The shorts always play these type of stocks ...take a look at the price next year and see where it is my guess is 20 plus. China is coming on soon to the internet through XNET and the like..do you think this will have an impact on the gambling...I do. Regardless of the deal this is a great play.
