I made a pork roast this weekend on the bbq, took 5 hours, cut like butter...in fact, could rival the best bbq place. Problem is, I hate all the fat running through it. Does anyone know a large cut of pork that has less fat running through? Shoulder, butt?????????

Thanks,

Jerry

I tried the brisket with the cranberry sauce and Lipton Onion soup wrapped in foil last night.
It did not come out tender :-(
Maybe it was because it said 350 degrees and should have been a lower temp.....
