Anyone else here willing to admit to being short?

I think it's harder to admit not being short considering the price action these past few months (g).

If I were to pick one stock to be short right now it would be ZSUN. One skim over that thread and it's a no-brainer IMO.

spectator sport. the restrictions my firm places on my trading make it very difficult to do anything other than long term buy and holds.

The companies I have shorted in the past who issued new shares would file form S-3 with the SEC, to register new shares (typically created for the purpose of redeeming convertible preferred shares). ABFG however is a nonfiling company, so I suppose they don't need to register shares with the SEC?

The sale of unregistered shares is governed by rule 144.

See frwebgate.access.gpo.gov

Basically unregistered shares can be sold to the public (subject to various restrictions) after a one year holding period.
