I think a lot of people were hoping for the quick buyout offer and a bidding war prior to the results which failed to materialize. With no hint of an offer in site, the next possible time frame for an offer and possible bidding war is after the bulk results are all in. The alternative is to take this property to production which means a time table of 2 or 3 years. Some may be looking for a quick buck elsewhere and will re-visit this play after the results. Good results will help move this stock up a fair bit but everyone is looking for the bidding war to begin which so far is nowhere in sight.
