Dear CMASON: Well, all I can say is that companies like GUMM do not have a lot of sources they can turn to for this type of financing. If management is telling the truth they have the choice of converting to stock or paying off the loans. I saw nothing about warrants in the PR. I however, have not read the agreements themselves but wouldnt want to short without knowing a LOT more about this. From what I know, GUMM does in fact have a product that some feel will be a big success. I am neither long or short in the stock, merely follow it. JDN
