LOTS will have big money coming, will appeal, and will prevail. Won pevious punitive damage in the case of 148 million against CHASE Bank. Last verdict was not kosher.

They have another punitive damage case in SWISS.

Only 4 million oustanding.

GECC providing the Company with a revolving credit facility through June 16, 2000 of up to $15,000,000. I think General Motors financing division strongly thinks LOTS has a strong case against CHASE winning punitive damage case.(imo) The appeal is coming.
