Maybe you missed the two upgrades yesterday by Merrill Lynch and Prudential.

But hey, if you're shorting INTC, be my guest. INTC has been on a roll lately, moving from a low of 50.6875 in June 1st to the current close of 64.375. If you're going to short INTC, now's the time!!!
