Peter,

I agree that SI should notify you when your personal information is requested, especially in a civil suit, but how can you oppose or challenge the subpoena without identifying yourself?

Very good questions Peter.

I would certainly want SI to tell me if my personal info was being subpoenaed.

And with things like this AZNT 8-k flying around, it's a question I find personally quite relevant.
