- strong advertising revenues, Q3 advertising could be affected due to seasonality though

- advertising clients up from 2125 to 2700

- internet revenues increasing in terms of share, just above 10% now.

- 638 million in cash

- succesful integration of GEOcities

- operating margin 32%, up from 25% (long term target 36% unchanged)

- no change in guidance
