Dave,

I know one thing. I am glad to have you on the team, because I know that you are strong on earnings releases. I am good with the numbers, but sometimes lose track of when they report. I know you will keep us all informed. Earnings can really drive a stock. Check this post out -
Says exactly what you and I were talking about .....

ISLD 974% revenue growth in 1998 comes from the Hoover's link (http://www.ipocentral.com/ml_ipo/59688ml.html), not the influential Mr. Harmon, who made very nice comments about ISLD today. And, based on its customer base, 1999 ISLD revenue growth should be very, very strong.

ISLD float is 6 mil (not 5 mil) and was reduced from 7.5 mil right before the opening day. You're right and I apologize for my mistake.

I do appreciate your drawing these numbers and the excellent EXDS/ISLD comparison to the thread's attention. 35 mil EXDS float and 6 mil ISLD float. Gotta love it. Again, if EXDS can move 20 points in a day, ISLD (with a 6x lower float) should just fly.

At $32/share ISLD and $1 bil market cap, ISLD remains undervalued in comparison to $5 bil EXDS and relevant companies. $60/share and $2B market cap seem like reasonable short-term targets to me for ISLD given its huge market opportunity. ISLD will continue to move up until the 7/26/99 end of the quiet period and strong buy recs by underwriters.

Keep in touch, djane

Dave, Re: Yahoo, Internet Longs

The most important thing, IMO, is that it beat Analyst estimate of .08/EPS. YHOO reported .11/EPS...That is a 37.5% EARNINGS surprise!!

I agree, that boasts WELL for the Inet market. Glad I picked up some ISLD
