****OT**** With MBT, Real Tick is free with 50 trades (I think-- I always have many more trades than that so I don't keep up with it). The more trades you do the cheaper it is. They charge $22.95 if you do less than 100 trades. However, if you do 400 trades or more, the commission is $16.95. Go to their web site for the complete fee schedule. The best feature of MBT is the people-- they bend over backwards to help you. Also, there are no margin restrictions on internet stocks and they have an excellent supply of stocks to short. I was with DLJ Direct for about 3 months. They were the pits. I have been with MBT now for about 8 months. They are great. Let me know if you have any more questions.

Regards,

RB

Ok, amatuer hour concerning ipo's.

I thought IPO's cannot receive ratings until the 25day quiet period ends. NPLS had coverage initiated by GSCO and DLJ today; the ipo was last week.

One other question, they also announced they were going to exercise the over-allotment option for 1.7mln shares. Are these shares sold to the public, institutions or?? ANd at what price (current or ipo pricing?).

Thanks all
