But I think we should allow the SI folks to answer this before we inundate Go2Net. That's only fair. But they have to do their part by responding promptly, or at least saying that they are preparing a full response which will be posted by X date. I can see they might want to consult their lawyers (how else do we make money?), but they owe it to us to tell us whether they are going to respond. If they don't, they can hardly complain if we speculate wildly. [Like starting a rumor that SI execs were bribed under the table not to tell members about subpoenas. Doesn't that sound like a good rumor to start in about two days if SI hasn't responded by then???]
