Yeah Tom, that's one option (facetiously <g>). The other is that we simply post only ShinyHappyWarmFuzzy™ things about all stocks—including:

&#149 those stepping over the threshold of delisting

&#149 those which have company management rosters filled with convicted felons

&#149 those having financial statements which re-define the phrase "creative accounting"

&#149 companies which use [reference deleted] press releases to stretch the truth beyond the tolerance levels of the thickest Triple-Ply Kevlar-Coated Mega-Supersized Condoms

&#149 &#133and companies which completely abuse and deluge the US Legal System with unwarranted suits against people who simply exercise their right to discuss red flags of dubious stocks.

That way, nobody would be involved in suits, and we wouldn't be concerned about this stuff. Right?

You know, if enough of got together to file a suit against a whole bunch of posters, the cost per participant would be pretty low and we would only need one subpoena to SI listing all the invidual aliases. Anybody want to sign on? There are a few posters here I would love to out. If 25 of us put in $5 for each person we wanted to out, that would probably be enough!
