Thanks, I also had received e-mail replies from I-Watch months ago, aprox., and
posted them on the XOMA board but so far have been unable to find them. Your post
clears up a lot, I am now confident that the term "Institutional" is even more ambiguous
than I thought it was with my 5,000 share concept. But still worth something.

Cheryl, in thinking about the info. you posted I now believe it is a more accurate method of determination of institutional trades. I follow the SEC 13D purchases of bvf. It is quite common for many of the trades to be under 5,000 shares. In addition for lower priced stocks a 5,000 share trade many times can be retail. So thanks for the info.
