Haim, er, corporate hi-tech has been doing this for a number of years. Look at the companies that grow through acquisition .... and check their one time charges. CSCO's my favourite. Chambers sure sounded worried after the last earnings ... !! Stephen

Haim, I have to admit, I find your formula difficult to discern, but I will go back and read your post. As for your claim that presentation of their financials would be criminal, that one sounds a little over-the-top. The bank would at least have to be defrauded and, if the financials are as clear as you say, that sounds none too difficult.
