Well, I'd have to say yes if he did in fact say 80mm new users! LOL, 80mm is pretty remarkable, but again my real player was screeching the entire time so I couldn't hear too well... ahh new technology

Yes, a user is anyone who has ever had an e-mail address or not. This is a common way of using statistics in this business. FWIW, I'm in the telecoms business, and we count anyone who has ever had as much as a prepaid phonecard as a customer.

It's not right, but at least it's a level playing field
