All that I was saying was that the filing states that material agreements that have been finalized needed to be incorporated into the annual financials and more time was needed to do so. I think this is a positive. The public offering of TerraNet should yield the company some $13.5 million to get things rolling. They will retain a major portion as the parent entity. Since I already have enough wrapped up in the parent entity and did not have enough (minimum investment needed to participate in the offering) the answer is no, I did not purchase the offering. If the offering goes well then we will benefit greatly anyway. No big deal. It seems like a plausible plan to me. They have a unique product that they can use to enhance with other companies unique products and they have a worldwide distribution system to offer it through. Rapid growth is projected through the next three years. These numbers were not including any royalties on resources either. It got me pumped, but as you all know that is not hard to do. Take it easy.
