<OT>RTev - you are so right! It is easy to bitch about how "clunky" a lot of MSFT's user interface is on their software, but given the legacy problems it's a miracle they are doing as well as they are. It is relatively easier to design somethig brand new from scratch, than trying to keep so many masters happy. A lot of folks don't seem to understand that MSFT has huge responsibilities to current users of a lot of their software upgrades, and CANNOT be as "slick and nimble" as a smart-alec startup outfit that has to please no one but a small niche of hardcore tech geeks. It is not fair to compare the two in that way. And human nature being what it is, once you learn how to deal w/ a given software, it's sometimes hard to "give up" the old and well-known for the sake of the new... and then, once you are thoroughly familiar with it, its no guarantee that you'll stay happy, because you'll hanker for a new set of features, out with the old/in with the new... in short - you'll NEVER please everyone, and often you won't always even keep the same person happy no matter what you do! MSFT is just so ubiquitous, it is just a much bigger target of all the millions of gripers. I'm certainly one - first I hate when my "old-familiar" changes, but then if it doesn't change, I hate it too, because I find all sorts of ways in which it could improve, and my wish-list and frustration w/ status quo grows, LOL! So, I've learned to keep an open mind, and give it time. That's what I'll do w/ the new SI. Though I certainly think customization is extremely important. Morgan PS No Bid and Ask? That's very disappointing!
