Buddy, I am not yet familier with the SAP package. They are a strong company and their products have a good reputation. It is hard to predict whether or not their new products will be "helpful".

Buddy, IMHO, SAP entering this space is one more piece of bad news for FSTW. SAP offers enterprise software solutions (everything from order entry through inventory through billing). SFA is a natural extension to their line. With an existing customer base this should be an easy sell based on ease of integration alone.. Also, IMHO, ou shouldn't be worried about interest in CRM. Everyone is already interested. It is already a mature market. We should be looking for market share leaders and potential break away products. KD
