WM,

I'll respond in Auric's absence.

Show us the contracts.

Or any information, for that matter.

I won't go long, or short, based on whispers. (internet buys/sells)

In my humble opinion, this "company" exists to sell stock to novice "investors".

We will all soon see.

edgar.sec.gov

From my observations after reading the above, the "company" has burned over $800k as of 3/31/99. In other words, the first quarter.

In April 1999, the Company issued 400,000 shares of common stock for $2,000,000 in a private placement.

At this rate, it won't take long to go thru the other 1 mil.

The "company" released another 300k shares, evidently to Shelby. Now the "company" reportedly released another 400k shares, thereby further diluting existing shareholder value.

All IMHO.

I am still neutral, but watching with amused interest.

Have fun,
Phil
