DSPetry, What bank are you talking about. Was something mentioned today that I missed? Well it is funny that you mention this about the bank and Mr. Howell telling me he was going to a bank meeting. What's up??? ETS

Hey DSPetry, I just call the bank that is proposing to loan Pan Kai Development and spoke to the Vice President Mr. Terry Lou. While he was careful in saying anything in detail he did confirm what the letter stated, that they were interested in lending the funds to the company. He also admitted that the deal was not done and that they are only considering loaning the funds if they can prove what they need the funds for. Again, he was very careful in what he was saying and stated that he cannot offer any additional info as to the extent of the deal. Looks like PKDV does not want them to mention anything about it until the deal is done. Still cautious... ETS
