I would like to see the same thing. Wanna start a crusade. I'll do what I can to help. Just lead the way. As far as the Senators, Reps etc .... I have given up on writing the idiots anything. I also trash their requests for money now. I personally put them in the same league as the companies that issue misleading financials. Heck, just look at the surplus they are crowing about. THAT is misleading financials.

Seriously, something needs to be done but it will take the investors to stop it and SI could be a good place to start.

Well .... its an idea. If we created an SI site to review results ... who knows ... perhaps the analysts would start reading them and get a clue. Previously I've considered writing to CNBC to tell them that if they really want to do a service to the investing public, they should have a segment where they do spot audit/reviews of published financial results for high profile stocks.

However .... perhaps this is a more likely scenario ...
