Internetindustry veteran Thomas Tansy joins OnRadio, the largest network of radio stations and information/entertainment magnets, as executive vice president of sales and marketing, the company announced today.

Tansy, former president and CEO of Internet music retailer Mass
Music, will continue to establish OnRadio and its network of
properties as information and entertainment portals, as well as
destination sites for advertisers and end-users.

"Tom has incredible experience developing winning strategies for
Internet companies," said Ricardo Ramirez, president and CEO of
OnRadio. "With his business savvy and in-depth knowledge of the online
radio and entertainment space, Tom will help maximize the efforts of
our current sales and marketing team."

A marketing and technology expert, Tansy has built two pioneering
Internet companies, including NetCarta, which was acquired by
Microsoft in 1997, and Mass Music, acquired by AudioHighway
(Nasdaq:AHWY.O) in 1998.

As president and CEO of Internet music retailer Mass Music, Inc.,
Tansy positioned the company for acquisition through a repositioned
brand strategy, streamlined e-commerce system and key strategic
alliances. Before Mass Music, Tansy was vice president of sales and
marketing and founder of NetCarta Corporation, a pioneering Web
software development company. NetCarta was one of the first CMGI
investments.

"I was attracted to OnRadio because of its tremendous potential
in the online radio and entertainment portal space," said Tansy. "My
immediate goal is to highlight and take advantage of our incredible
radio station and branded media properties, including Vibe.com,
Blaze.com and SPIN.com."
