Rich, I too had no luck finding info on these distributors. BUT, I don't think that ECCC would bet the company on fly-by-nights....especially when you have a multi-state deal going. I'm glad you made money! I'm not selling based on someone not having a website - they are a dime-a-dozen! I may be able to find out more about these through my brother, who is a manufacturer's rep.

I Contacted Jennifer Gardiner, 800/797-5683 or 416/203-0016 E-mail: Jennifer@thestockpage.com, for Electric City She will look into the Ameriking numbers and get back to me. Was not aware of the questions. I will post her reply. She could not help with locating Resorts Int. Suggested that ECCC could get us in contact. May try later today. I am waiting for a pullback to get in. She does not believe one will happen any time soon. 10k will be mid month she says. It is ready but being spit polished. We will see.
