Haim, i fully understand your indignation regarding the way the YHOO results were presented; however in the current euphoria surrounding the stock market the dose of realism you try to inject into the debate will likely count for little. many corporations indulge in irresponsible practices such as borrowing money to buy back their inflated stock and massaging their earnings with a vast array of accounting tricks. as long as the stock market rewards such behavior with rising prices it will carry on until the inevitable day of reckoning is at hand. YHOO already traded up sharply in after hours trading, proving that the con-game has worked once again.

regards,

hb

Haim, ya what Heinz said -g-

>>>we are speaking about MANIA<<

yep

>>>Aside have you noticed that the up volume less the down volume on the NYSE and NAZ is negative but the averages are up??<<<

yes there are many divergences appearing, but it seems the bulls may want to take it higher.

I remember early last April, i was watching RNWK, which made a shooting star and the next day failed to confirm it, about a week later it had risen another 50% and made it's peak.

They also restated their year ago EPS down from .04 to .01. Anyways the numbers don't matter now. If there's more people buying on the news than those selling on the news, it will go up.
