Analysts from various brokers on CNBC and Moneyline believe that this decision is already priced into the market for the most part; that any downside will likely be recovered within a couple months at the most; that the next 2 phases of the trial will be tougher on the plaintiffs; and that the class is almost certain to be decertified on appeal given the precedents already in place.

So, IMO, any drop would be an excellent opportunity to top up any positions that could benefit from such action.
