I have been aware of rumors of a buy out but have no facts to support this idea. I,personally would be quite disturbed if such were to happen at this point. I value the company shares substantially above the teens. I recently increased my holdings and although I claim no clairvoyance I am more enthusiastic about the company's prospects. Now having met Bill Jobe I am the more sure this company will flourish.
