Another excellent post by Swededo: just posted on RB Mr. schrr & ALL, As I stated earlier I am very pleased with the release. It answered my sole question to my satisfaction. That being that the SEC paperwork WILL BE FILED THE FIRST WEEK OF AUGUST! After that it will probably take the SEC at least 30-60 days to process the material, and assuming that everything is in order we can look for researchable Edgar filings by October or November. That was my main concern, and it was answered firmly. As for the rest of the release there are obviously some things that are still being held tight. But I came away with a much clearer picture that I am very pleased with. I won't go into detail but I will suggest that for those who would like a history lesson on a company with very parallel circumstances I suggest you study AUD (Automated data processing). A very small processing company using very new technology started in the early 60's. Never heard of them? Been a blue chip holding for a long time. And as I say the parallels are startling. You can find this story and the story of H & R Block (which also has many parallels) in a book titled "Confessions of a stock broker" By Henry Lanyi. I am very pleased and I am still a buyer. Also, I haven't confirmed, but it has just come to my attention that Mr. Skinner has filed a 144 to give him the opportunity to sell 50,000 shares within a 90-day window. I have been telling you for some time that the insiders restricted shares would be coming out of the restricted period in late July and early August. If true it's great. First, Mr. Skinner holds Millions of shares yet has filed for 50k. If anyone indicates that this means insiders are getting ready to dump that's a pile of crap! It tells me that Mr. Skinner. Who has busted ### on this project for going on 3 years is filing a small amount in anticipation of expected increase in valuation within this selling window. It is only judicious for insiders to have some of their holdings 144 filed in case a good selling opportunity presents itself to diversify their personal portfolios. Look for other insiders to make similar filings. As I say it is only prudent on their part, and completely expected. As I said if anything it is an indication of anticipated price appreciation, and now for the first time since being a public entity the insiders have a "vested" interest in the valuation of their stock. This is good. I am a happy camper today! As always..... Best Wishes, Swedelo
