To all,

businesswire.com
With more than 5,000 wafers polished on the Teres so far, the MTBF approaches 300 hours, and the system hasn't broken a wafer. Teres is setting a new standard for reliability among advanced CMP systems.""

and Ace's comments
aceshardware.com
"Hmmm so the last line reads at least more than 5,000 K7 wafers are made in 0.18um process already. :) And since we know that AMD gets about 130 K7s per wafer at 0.25um, it's probable that they get about 250 K7s per wafer at 0.18um. So if the yields are good, we may get some 0.18um, cool, and small but blazing fast K7s in our hands soon. :) "

250 X 5000 = 1,250,000 K7 already done?

Would appreciate any comments.

Richard
