That is correct unless you sell the warrants for more than you paid for them prior to expiration.

Also, if the stock exceeds $2.06 before the expiration, SCKT can call the warrants at which time you have the right to convert your warrants into shares provided you pay $2.06 per share for each warrant.

Obivously there is great incentive for SCKT to have their shares exceed 2 1/16 before 6/00.

Regards.

To all: I have been shopping for a light weight laptop computer for some time. Have looked at the Sony ultra-thins, as well as a few others. My intent in doing so is to have something I can take with me to keep track of the market and access AOL for trading purposes. Haven't found the right one yet (suggestions gladly accepted).

In looking at the HP Jornado 820, I went to the HP website. SCKT was mentioned there in a FAQ section about wireless connection. Didn't spend a lot of timne there, just saw it in scrolling through.

Can any one tell me some good things about Windows CE? It seems like a great potential, both in general and with respect to SCKT, but without the ability to access AOl ("...not currently available..."), I do question the HP connection to it. I don't need a 3 pound word processor, I need AOL access.

Thoughts, comments, etc.
