Defamamtion and Hype Boys
or
Flying bustards

The BASHING of BASHERS is a popular sport among the hype boys.
Service is always a problem.
My name was mentioned often on the Zia Sun thread, my theory is that most people when confronted with Hype Boy lies, will read a little to see if it is true. The mention of my name may have spurred some posters into discovering the truth. I encourage reading and discovery of the truth.
Whenever I see that old post spammed around, I know another POS carp company is trying to get a pig to fly.
Anyone who reads my posts knows that I am not lying when I say this.
The ultimate bottom of the barrel for an OTC:BB Hype Boy is that post. The character talking to me in the massive compilation has his own little history and he can be read about on this thread here #Subject-22207 Read the first twenty posts or so.

I have requested a re-title of the Party Thread, it is Going to be "A Party in Vegas". The theme is POWERFUL BASHERS. Most of the posters here would be more than welcome #Subject-29266

"But the knucklehead can wreak havoc on my life in any
number of legal and illegal ways. (not to say that the government does not, on a daily
basis, wreak havoc on innocent people's lives, but comparing the knucklehead's
potential havoc to the government's, I say bring on the feds . ."

Exactly. I think it might be possible to get an injunction to
stop SI from giving out personal information if one was to receive notice that someone had served them with such a request. I don't know about US law but injunctions are very often applied for and granted here in Canada.
As members here pay for the 'privilege' of posting I think it's the least that SI can do as a service to protect identities.

When a subpoena is issued in a criminal investigation, the receiving agency is not allowed to release to the requested parties information that a subpoena has been issued for it. This is done to protect the ongoing investigation. However, at the end of the investigation, all parties subpoenad in the investigation must be notified. I am not sure what the time window is, but I know that it has to be done, or an effort made to notify.

Does anyone here know that in the contract that you signed to gain membership with SI, that it guarantees that your information will be kept private?
