Robert, The power problem will be overcome...one must remember that AGC is not in this venture by themselves!!! They have the Majors behind them, and they also will work to make this a success...

Later...Gator

I tend to agree with you. I have talked to Rob Heatherington several times and have heard nothing but excuses. With all the apparent delays the company really is obligated to issue a press release and set the record straight. Quite honestly I believe the issues regarding power troubles etc are covering up something else that has gone awry, just my opinion. The people that are involved in this project have experience and these problems would have been addressed long ago.

On the flip side I have been concerned with the warrants that were issued with the IPO. Exercise price $1.00 up to July 12,99, $1.25 thereafter up to sometime in 2000. PI and Canaccord have been selling stock to exercise these warrants. July 12,99 is the key. Later this afternoon Canaccord stacks up the offer side. PI and Canaccord should be non existent after Monday. However, if the stock gets above $1.25 they will be back.

Based on everything that has transpired I have eliminated all my risk and will be happy to pay higher prices when and if this thing ever gets going.

This scenario is exactly what is wrong with playing penny stocks. AGC management should have issued a press release explaining the delays so that it is official. The public always hears the facts after the stock has fallen apart. I hope this is not the case here but the longer this takes the worse it looks. Even though IR has kept some informed, it is not acceptable to me for management to allow this guy to continue to keep telling people "Very Very Soon", Next Week, Next Week" etc. This is BS.
