I agree with most of the post and remember Dave having some of the same arguments last March I believe, with AH AH. But on the other hand I don't know of any @home account that is billed, from my understanding they will only sign you up with a credit card. I called comcast @home, which may be different but they doubt it,as do I. I have had problems with down time in the very beginning and I'm happy to say that they deducted all of the time that I was down starting from when I called in on the complaint.
