Well Phil, I was making a comparison of policies.

The reason I asked the ISP about the policy was due to a recent spate of lawsuits due to Usenet postings.

I think that the anology I drew was appropriate. In fact, I think SI should hold themselves to a higher standard since this is a pay site rather than a service provider.
