I still think a hostile offer of higher amount could come in.
I read on EDGAR online that management itself can not seek out any other deal or agencies representing it, but if another higher offer came they would have to think of benefits to stockholders. It's so cheap someone could offer twice and still get a bargain. And now that SFLX is getting so much more than AFLX, maybe others will make a move. I agree if that doesn't happen this is done.

If I were a competitor of INVX I would consider taking it out from their hands. Why let them get the golden egg for such a steal?
