BigBull, Well most energy companies at least privates and indeed some state companies will look to maximize production within the context of current operations, i.e more frac jobs, stimulations wirelines, cleanouts, and work on supporting wells such as injectors whch also help maximize production. More seismic, 3D and study of current production patterns

And $1.5 b US IS a lot of money, lots of wells and facilities will com eout of that large sum of money.....
