Gee, I didn't know it was a challenge, for sure, though I suspected so. Edwarda and Joan summed it up. If it's a litmus test you're looking for, as in "true believers", you won't find it. It was presented, supposedly, in the context that it might be interesting for women to discuss it. Why would a man "challenge" the women to that? And I doubt there are many, if any, women that read the jokes that didn't find them boring, even if they were too bored to be upset. Why get upset by inanities. I heard a lot of good humor this evening, and none of it had to do with "digs", which those supposed jokes were. If you get a bunch of feminists and friends of same together they can tell wonderful jokes on themselves. But that's affectionate, not derogatory.
