Hi Bill, Those addresses are from the register at Edgar - Update is needed of course but IMO not ARET fault.

Here is the link to the proxy - at the left frame, scroll down and chose "Entire filing" - That is the info coming out of the company.

ARET is sending a clear signal here - As IMO Board of Directors can exclusively decide on the authorized numbers in a Delaware company.
