Mark -- Sold the little rally about an hour ago -- went 100% OEX puts. This is a nervous little puppy and I think the market is feeling like it needs a good bath.

i think our society is way too litigious and
could be our down fall...

You can say this again. The cost in manpower for so much frivolous litigation is totally "crazy." I could really go on about this...
