Youseless, I agree, it would be nice for Intel if AMD would just go away, just like Cyrix...Oops, NSM and VIA have sneaked around Intels licensing agreements....I guess Cyrix hasn't gone away...Hummmmm.
Even if AMD sells it's CPU division, I doubt it will "go away".
Of course, now that AMD has developed the worlds fastest x86 cpu, the time is right for AMD to get out of the CPU business...right Paul?
