Keith, can you tell what time that was put out? That analyst is from one of the underwriters so it's somewhat expected that a reit would be given. What would be nice is to have additional analysts covering catt. But what the heck, this is a long term investment, isn't it? :)

Edit: nevermind, just found that the time the reit was put out was 12:47PM pacific time. That would perhaps explain the slight increase in volume and share price in the last 15 minutes of today's session.

thanks for the reit heads up Keith. Even after today's move, catt is still very reasonably priced in terms of valuation imo. This should encourage further buying the coming weeks.
