When Michael says he's going to sell 4M shares here and there, it is about time to buy. He does not have to take $ from where his mouth is. But if you believe him and get antsy (after all these months?), you may be fooled. It appears that DELL is going to break the down trend and start to turn north. It could be the next few days. Remember, DELL, MSFT, and INTC people are all slick timers of their own stock prices. Think again, if you think that Mike is doing obviously stupid thing.
