FWIW, I continue to hear that the final buyout price for DIMD will be $9.00 a share come OCT. I also hear there is a 0 percent chance that S3 will walk away from the deal(notice I didn't say DIMD may not walk, but I doubt it). So if the $9 dollar price is to be believed either S3 price is going up between now and OCT or the .52 exchange rate will change. I have been told S3 will address the "fairness of the deal to DIMD shareholders" on the CC next Thursday.
