Yes. There are a lot of flaws with this company and this deal, but the hype is so great that it will by far overshadow them. 9M shares offered 62.5M shares outstanding $9-11 initial price range Even with the initial price range the company will have over a $500M market cap and when the stock begins trading it will for sure balloon to well over a billion ($1.5B to $2.5B is my guess). This for a company with under $5M in sales and a shaky business model. Most of the revenues are derived from online advertising (85%) and this in itself is very disconcerting. Nevertheless, I put in for shares given the overall climate for this IPO. GG
