Suzanne, there has been some further converting but I have no numbers. It came from the original PP. That may have maxed out the current authorized and the extra 7m RG put up. If 10m shares were available and converted at an average of .04 then another 400k has been converted. They have been looking and working for additional funding. I hope we know of completion of additional funding within a couple of weeks from the raising of the authorized. That would be probably the biggest bridge to be crossed. I would also assume any further funds would have about the same terms as the PP. Another 1m now should give them run time to Sept when the forward look should be better making additional funds needed easier to obtain. Still no word from Signature. Whether there will be a Q&A or a statement made at todays meeting is still up in the air. If the Q&A had not been decided upon by this morning then the statement may be indicated. Henry is/was conferring with council for their opinions.
