Why ZIX Charge is fundamentally flawed. ZIX Charge requires that financial institutions be willing to host their customer information be hosted on an offsite location. It also requires that the customers go along with this. Financial Institutions have recently demonstrated that they will not stand for this. They forced the creation of OFX (open Financial Exchange Protocol) onto CKFR and Transpoint in order to eliminate that model. Why would an upstart like CUST be able to force this issue when market leaders could not? They can't of course. Transaction clearly is a complicated, cumbersome nightmare.
