Spamming multiple threads with the same message is definitely against policy. Especially as the posts are generally unrelated to the topic of the threads.

In addition, I would consider the posts to have a somewhat "promotional" nature, ie: "Look at this great stock", rather than being intended to start a discussion.

It's a fine line, and I'd believe Mr. Onigwecher has stepped over it.

Yes,it falls into the category of spamming---believe me if wasn't a TOU rule every thread would be flooded with posts touting stocks,it would be chaos--plus we have threads that are for spamming anyway,like the Tokyo thread:) for instance.Max
